Her real name is Angela Jordanovska, she was born and raised in Skopje – Macedonia, a beautiful country in the Balkans, but currently her work is based in New York City.
When you ask her what her profession is – she can tell you many things, but none of them define her as a person. She sees herself as an Artist, a creative being that loves to create something out of nothing. Lately, her creativity has been coming from all the injustice that is being done to our world and animals. She chooses to use her art as a way to spread awareness and educate others. She believes that the time to act is NOW!
But, let’s start from the beginning: As a little girl she wanted to be a ballerina. As you already know, that’s almost every girls dream, but she was always determined in her ways, so she decided not to give up on her childhood passion.
When the time came to choose a profession after middle school, she made a decision to go to a specialized Ballet High School in Skopje, Macedonia (DMBUC Ilija Nikolovski – Luj). “Those four years were the best time of my life” she said. When she looks back at it now, it definitely made her who she is today.
The strict Russian way of teaching gave her strict discipline, but at the same time she had so much free time that gave her an open window for hobbies and learning whatever she wanted to.
She chose to spend her time wisely by first focusing on learning languages. Her native language is Macedonian and since all the slavic languages are very similar to each other, she got to learn them since young age.
But she needed a bigger challenge, and after she fell in love in Spanish, she decided to learn it first. There were many reasons why she chose this language: her grandma’s telenovelas that she couldn’t avoid, beautiful latin songs, but the biggest reason of all for her was Pablo Neruda’s poems. They were just breathtaking for her and she needed to fully understand what they meant in his native language. So she started to learn the Spanish grammar. Eventually, when she moved to the States in 2015 she got a real chance to use it in her daily life, so she became more fluent in it.
English came second – when she turned 18 she started her first “real” job as an Editor and Manager on a web magazine called topinspired.com, and it gave her the chance to use the language and the grammar frequently and to better it little by little. This is also the time of her life when she realized how much passion she had for copy writing and creating content. Even as a little girl she always wanted to write – diaries, poem books, she even went to the extend to re-created the book from her favorite TV show Charmed. You can say she was always dedicated to the things she loved ever since she was a child.
In the same time she also worked as a teacher and a choreographer in a few ballet schools back in her home country, where she first discovered the passion she had for educating. Meanwhile she went to college to become a professional ballet teacher and choreographer.

But let’s talk about where her passion for makeup first was born. She started helping her mom in her beauty salon since she was 10 years old. Her mom did a lot of beauty related services, but the only one that she had a strong attraction to was makeup. Later on, when she went to ballet school and she would do professional ballet performances, she always had to have her stage makeup on, and that was the thing that would excite her the most. As mentioned above, in high school she used to have a lot of free time, and majority of it was used for playing with makeup and developing new techniques that would make her application process easier. She found peace in it, makeup was her way to express herself and her “meditation”.
In 2015 she made the life-changing decision and moved in the USA on the age of 20. She came here alone and as a student, but as the time passed she started creating her circle of people and building her career here, so home wasn’t even home anymore. She says that she doesn’t have a place where she wants to spend the rest of her life, but rather explore the world and travel to different locations constantly.
She gained a lot of makeup experience when she started working for Kiko Milano, an Italian makeup brand where she grew very fast and became very successful in her job. She was chosen to be the makeup artist on their most valued flagship location on Times Square NYC. Shortly after she got a position as a content creator and copy writer on their Amazon page and Instagram handle. Look at the gallery bellow for some Kiko Milano throwbacks.
